This Code of Conduct sets the professional standards expected from all Riders representing the Platform. Compliance is mandatory to ensure safety, reliability, and a positive customer experience.
Professional Behaviour
Riders must behave courteously, respectfully, and professionally toward customers, merchants, and platform staff at all times. Aggressive language, harassment, discrimination, or intimidation is strictly prohibited.
Safety First
Riders must obey all Malaysian traffic laws and prioritize road safety. Reckless riding, speeding, or unsafe practices while delivering are not allowed. Riders must use proper protective equipment and maintain their vehicle in safe working condition.
Order Integrity
Riders must handle all orders carefully to prevent damage, contamination, or loss. Orders must not be tampered with, opened, or consumed. Any issue with the order must be reported immediately through the platform.
Honesty & Accountability
Riders must accurately report delivery status, cash collections, and incidents. Fraudulent activities — including false delivery confirmations, misuse of funds, or manipulation of the system — will result in immediate disciplinary action.
Timeliness & Reliability
Riders should accept and complete assigned deliveries responsibly. Deliberate delays, abandonment of orders, or repeated late deliveries without valid reason may result in suspension.
Customer Interaction
Riders must communicate clearly and politely. Personal disputes, arguments, or inappropriate remarks toward customers or merchants are strictly forbidden.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Customer addresses, contact numbers, and order details are confidential. Riders may only use this information for delivery purposes and must never share or misuse it.
Personal Conduct
Riders must remain sober and fit for duty while logged into the platform. Working under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Equipment Responsibility
Riders are responsible for maintaining delivery equipment in clean and usable condition. Platform-issued equipment must be used appropriately and returned when required.
Compliance with Platform Policies
Riders must follow all operational procedures, updates, and instructions issued by the platform. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination.
Reporting Obligations
Riders must immediately report accidents, disputes, safety hazards, or suspicious activity through official platform channels.
Enforcement
Violation of this Code may lead to warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform, depending on severity.
By performing deliveries on the platform, Riders acknowledge and agree to uphold this Code of Conduct.
